BUBBLEWAFFLES SHOULD BE GOLDEN BROWN, EVEN IN COLOR AND PREFERABLY A LITTLE SHINY. HONGKONG WAFFLE IS ANOTHER NAME FOR THESE DELICIOUS WAFFLES, THIS BECAUSE OF THE FACT THAT THE WAFFLES ORIGIN IS HONGKONG. BUBBLEWAFFLES ARE GOOD TO EAT AS IS OR WITH ICE CREAM, COMPOTE OR WITH WHIPPED CREAM AND FRESH BERRIES.
